Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

Hello

I was given a citation for solicitation. I was not arrested, clean record. If I pay the fine and not go to court does this admitt guilt ? Will this be on my record ?

If you pay the fine you will have a conviction for a misdemeanor which will be on your record for 5 years. I would get an attorney and try to get into a diversion program so you can get a dismissal of the case or beat it.
