internet sexual misconduct with a minor
49 year old male cursing the internet starts chatting, gets enticed to meet with 15 year old girl, shows up and its a cop. He admits to being curious and did not intend on doing anything. FBI shows up, they find no teen or kiddy porn. He admits to being the stupidest thing his done. He has a wife and 2 kids. And has played around on her. He is penniless at the moment and wife wont help him out.

You need a Public Defender if you cannot afford a criminal defense attorney. This is a serious charge and has civil consequences as well.
