jail
does someone who is in jail have a right to talk to his attorney in private without being taped on a phone. Do all jails have to have a private room without servillance equipment or wire tapes?

The phones are monitored becasue there could be three way communications going on. An attorney can have a private room for a in person conversation with his client which will not be monitored.
