Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
juvenile delinquent
A police officer checked my nv state issued license to see if it was valid over the walkie and the lady said my name and then juvenile delinquent, i don't think he heard or cared. i got off probation last year and I'm 18 now. Does ''juvenile delinquent'' mean i have a warrant or something bad?

Re: juvenile delinquent
Not necessarily. Juvenile Delinquent could have meant an outstanding matter yet to be resolved, or your record may just have remnants of your juvenile matter still on it. If the officer let you go, chances are it's not serious. However, I would still recommend you retain counsel in Nevada or call your juvenile attorney to make sure there are no major issues. Good luck.
