what are the penalties regarding juvenile violation of statute NRS 453.336. is this a misdemeanor or a felony?

Juvenile offenses are neither felonies nor misdemeanors. They are delinquent acts. If done by an adult that statute is a felony which can be dismissed and sealed upon completion of probation. Delinquent acts are sealed at age 22 automatically.
