Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
larceny and embezzelment
My 19 yr old son is being charge with grand larceny and embezzelment (2 sepperate charges). Wouldn't that normallly be put together as only 1 charge?
Can someone get me the answer ASAP?
Thank you

Re: larceny and embezzelment
The prosecutor may charge alternative charges or may include lesser offenses in an indictment. The reason it is done is because one crime may be more difficult to prove than another or the prosecutor may want bargaining position.
These are serious offenses and it sounds like your son needs help. Our firm can handle criminal matters and we accept credit cards. Please, contact us for a consultation.
