Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
if there is a law for the following or the name for what a person can be charged with please advise. when you know a person is suffering from anxiety nerve problems that have caused them to be paralyzed and you know that causing more anxiety or stress will cause them harm and most likely death.

Unless there is a violation of a restraining order or a temporary protective order there is no crime here. However, a civil suit can be filed or this person can go to justice or family court to apply for a temporary protective order and one that is served on the other person then there would be a crime. Harassment and stalking in violation of an order is a crime.
