Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
legal problem
i was arrested for attempt grand larceny but i can prove that there was under 100 dollars but my public defender said it doesnt matter the amount is this true

Then it should be attempt petty larceny. Since there is no attempt misdemeanors you should get a dismissal.
