Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I live in the state of Nevada. My soon to be ex-husband put our house up for sale and forged my name on all of the bank documents without my knowledge or consent. It is very obvious that the documents were forged as he didn't even attempt to change the handwriting when writing in signing my name on the numerous pages for the bank/realtor. Can I press forgery charges against him?

You can file a police report or a complaint with the Attorney General but it is up to those prosecution offices to charge him and not you. Of course you can sue him civilly.
