Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
How long for gross misdeamoner to stay on?
I plead guilty to embezzlement about 1 year ago. This is the first time I have ever been in trouble with the law so the judge dropped the charge down to a gross misdeamener. I am on probation and paying restitution. I am wondering if after I pay all the money back if there is any way for me to get it off my record. Thank you

You have to wait 5 years after the end of your probation.
