lower bail
how do i get my husbands bail lowered if i dont have an attorney? if the victim does not press charges how does the state deciede to pick them up and in what cases do they do this?

You would have to go to Court at his bail hearing and try to speak to the Judge. Otherwise you need an attorney to lower his bail. The D.A. does the charge not the victim.
