manufacturing meth or not

Unfortunately, due to the WAR ON DRUGS, the US Constitution has taken a back seat. Plus, drugs are just as plentiful as ever. We just have some industries that thrive on this so-called drug war. i.e. police. If things are EXACTLY as you say, you MAY have a slim chance. However, your attorney is probably trying to save you 25 by allowing 2. YOU have to decide. Just be aware that "drugs" are worse than rape;murder,& mayhem all put together.

If the search warrant specified "all vehicles on the premises" as opposed to all of your vehicles, I would move to suppress any evidence found in the van. Sounds as if you need to investigate the chain of evidence. Who? What ? When? Where? It sounds like a lot of BS. But, it is a drug crime, so that is allowed. Good luck. Roll over on someone.
