Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
MIP under 18
I got an MIP when I was 17 and plead guilty. I am now 20 years old. I am filling out an application for a job and one of the questions is: ''Have you ever been convicted of a crime or plead guilty to a violation of any federal, state, county, military, or municipal laws?''
Since I was under the age of 18 when I plead guilty to the MIP, do I still have to answer yes? It is to my understanding that criminal records of minors cannot be seen unless by court order. Is this true? What should I answer on the application?

Re: MIP under 18
Your record will be sealed when you are 22. Now it can only be viewed with a court order.
