Is money returned if no charges filed
My brother was arrested at a casino hotel for possesion of hash and meth. he also had 10,000 cash that was taken. Its been over a year and no charges were filed can he get the 10,000 back.

Yes, the money should be returned. However, the statute of limitations has not expired on the criminal charges. But the delay probably but not necessarily means that no charges will be filed.
