Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
order of protection battery
I have had an order of protection placed against me by a woman I was provoked into a fight with outside a bar. (both parties have filed charges, and investigation is in progress) Because she is being spiteful she added her daughter's name to the order. Her daughter is my cousin's stepdaughter and I occasionally babysit for her. I don't care if the woman keeps the restraining order forever but how do I have the child's name removed? We have holiday traditions we do with our families that we don't want to miss out on. any advice??
