Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I just got a petit larceny ticket for 450 worth of merchandise. I have not been in trouble since 1991 and it was for fraudulent use of a credit card, and about 5 years before that i had grand larceny a gross misdemenor. Will I need an attorney or will i just be fined?

Because of your record you could face jail time so I would get an attorney. Usually besides a fine you have to go to petty larceny school and do community service. But you don't want to get slapped with jail time because you didn't bother to lawyer up.
