Re: petty larceny

I recommend getting an attorney who cab waive your appearances and do everything for you in writing. Jail will be avoided and community service can be done in Minnesota and the petty larceny school can be done om line. A fine is possible too.

Re: petty larceny

Thank you for your inquiry.

Your petty larceny case is a misdemeanor case. While you have two independent felonies, they would not aggravate the severity of this charge.

You would be able to take care of this charge out of state in Minnesota if you retain an attorney here in Nevada that would be able to appear on your behalf. Additionally, you must be available to receive via mail a written plea agreement that will require your notarized signature acknowledging your acceptance of a plea agreement.

Typical sentences for petty larceny involve community service and a petty larceny school that Clark County offers online.

My office has handled numerous out of state criminal matters similar to yours and we charge flat rates of $1,000.00 for all such misdemeanors.

If you'd like to discuss your matter further with our office feel free to contact us at your convenience.
