Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
all poker rooms (including online) charge for a house fee (eg: $100 buyin w/ a $10 house fee, so $110), casino's DO NOT charge fee's for rebuy's / add-on's stated in the rules of gambling.
online poker sites charge fee's for rebuy's / add-on's. I feel this is a against the gambling laws. What can we do about that ?

Under what laws are you considering this to be a violation. At present, the U.S. does not recognize online gambling in any legal fashion. While there are associations that are pushing for its acceptance as a legal form of gaming, they have had limited if any success.
So, if the online poker rooms are charging for rebuys and you dont think this is correct, do the one last thing that your freedom allows; vote with your feet and find one that has policies that you find reasonable.
