Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

A police officer searched a friends room
and found a straw that had heroin resin
in it. The officer said he found two
forms of DNA on it. Can the other
person be charged for anything?

Any potential charge against the individuals with DNA matching on the straw would be limited to a possession ticket. However, I would find it very difficult to make that charge stick to either of you with the work of a good defense attorney.
