How long does possesion of a controlled substane (pot) stay on your criminal history for (it was a misdemeanor)?

It stays forever. You can seal your record after 5 years.

Thank you for your inquiry. You may file a petition to seal a misdemeanor record in Nevada 2 years after the last date of a suspended jail sentence in your case.
