Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
can i post bail befor i am arrested on a bech warrant
orig,charge was solicting pros. went to first court apparance. was givein a fine and classes, missed 2nd court date, got back on calander and missed that. how can i resolve this without going to jail

Just get an attorney to file a motion to quash the warrant and save your bail money.
