What is the penalty for first offense pot possession along with several traffic violations in the state of Nevada? Could I lose my job?

If pot was under an ounce you will probably just get a fine as it is a misdemeanor. Insofar as your job that depends on if your employer finds out and what your employer's policy on drugs is. Traffic offenses are either fined or you go to traffic school.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unless you have a large of amount of marijuana you would be charged with a misdemeanor. Typically pot possession tickets are a fine.
As far as traffic offenses, Clark County allows attorneys to negotiate moving violations in "attorney sessions" where typical results are reduction in fines and speeding tickets to parking tickets with no points.
