I was not read my miranda rights .
I was arrested for possession of cocaine. what happened is i lost my coin purse, when i went to pick it up i was told that there was something in it, and was asked if it were mine i told them no and then they told me if i said it were mine i would not be arrested. well i was arrested but they did not drug test, or alcohol test me. i admit i was a bit drunk but not on drugs. i have never been arrested for drug possession or being under the infulence of drugs. i was not read my miranda rights. what can i do?

You should contact an experienced criminal law attorney. Also you have learned a valuable experience never talk to the police if you are a suspect. They lie about this sort of thing all the time.
If all that is involved is possession of the drug for personal use, you should qualify for drug treatment.
The issue of miranda rights is not simple and you should discuss the facts with an attorney.
