Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Repercussions for a late judge
Are there any repercussions for a judge who shows up half an hour late for a sentencing? The public defender also did not show up until he was phoned by the bailiff. I realize it was probably interferring with their extended three-day weekend, but shouldn't they be held accountable for now showing up on time?
