Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
sex offense
my sons father was charged with satutory sexual seduction a couple of years ago and well we want to take it off his record or at least try due to he cant get a job becasue of it and we are suffering and we dont want or son to grow up like this so what do we do?

If he plead guilty you could file a motion to withdraw the plea. However, if was convicted by a jury he will have to wait 15 years to seal his record.
