Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
sex offenses
My husband, was convicted of a sex crime in 1998. He did not commit this crime, as the accuser stepped forward and stated that it was a lie, and now, the courts will not listen to this person. What can we do? How do we get him out of there?

You may be able to request postconviction relief and seek a new trial. Please call for an initial consultation by phone which costs $75.00.
