Shoplifting (Petty Larceny)
A couple of weeks ago I was caught shoplifting at a JCPenny. The total was about $25 worth of merchandise. This is my first offense and I was wondering what my best course of action was and if I need an attorney.

I would get an attorney who can negotiate a dismissal and then seal your record.
