Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
some one slippling drugs in drink
Have a friend who went to vegas while there she met up with an old friend and that person had drugged her to keep her in his room and to make her think something happen. slipp 3 sleeping pills in her drink. the pills was prescription and got them from a closs friend of the victom. so i was wonder doesnt she have a case to get him charge with like the drugging and wrongful inprisonment?

It is up to the District Attorney to charge a person with a crime. She would have to file a police report to start the process. She could sue him civilly for battery if she could prove that he doped her without her consent.
