Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
My son was pulled over by a police officer outside a parking garage of a hotel/casino in Las Vegas. During the stop, a security guard walked over and asked the officer if he could take a picture on his phone of my son's driver's license with his home address info. Was it legal for the police officer to allow that private citizen to do that? Does he have any legal recourse?
