If the State of Nevada accuses you of a Felony, are you required by law to obtain and hire a lawyer?

No. Criminal defendants who cannot afford to hire lawyers are entitled to have one appointed for them at public expense.
And no defendant is *required* to have a lawyer at all. You are free to represent yourself if you want to. That would be a very unwise decision if you aren't a lawyer -- and probably even if you are.
One final note: the Constitution does not require states to provide appointed counsel to defend against charges of very minor crimes. Many states will appoint counsel even where the Constitution does not require them to. I don't know whether Nevada is one of them.
