Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I am being summoned to court as a witness in the state of Nevada. I can not make it on the date requested due to several reasons. First of all i live over 300 miles away in California, and it would require me to miss work, and find someone to take care of my child for the day. Also due to medical reasons i have exhausted all of my vacation time for 2014 so i would not paid for this day. Do i call the DA office and tell them of my situation?
