Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
dont get it
okay so sumone i know got arrested for trespassing witch later found out it wasnt it was just harrasment. well granted being on probation that is braking the law so its a violation. well the person got bailed at for the tresspasing and then went to see the Probtion officer and got arrested again. is that wrong? and both times never got read his rights? what to do?

You don't have to be read your rights if you are on probation. If he beat the trespassing charge then what's the problem?
