If I have made a taped statement w/ the police, in court is there any way to take it back or claim thay I was under distress and just said what they wanted me to say?

Re: taped statements w/ police
If you have made a taped statement with law enforcement under coercion or duress you could file a Motion to Suppress the statement as illegally obtained evidence.
This is a formal motion you must file with the Court in conjunctin with your charges. If you have representation request your attorney to file said motion.
If you currently do not have an attorney my office handles all criminal matters. Contact my office should you desire a free consultation.

Your attorney should file a motion to suppress this taped statement under the exclusionary rule.
