Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
telephone conversation recording
I recorded a phone conversation between myself and my Dr. office so that I could remember the information more completly. When the Dr. office personnel asked me a question my situation I told her I could get the info. from a previous recording I had made. She asked me if I notified the person prior to recording and I said no. She said that is a violation and she is going to speak to an attorney. What should I do?

Re: telephone conversation recording
Don't do it again. She is correct on the law but I doubt if an attorney would get involved if you only did it once.
