Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Theft
If you leave your car in a casino parking garage in Las Vegas and someone breaks in your car and steals items. Is the casino anyhow liable and if so what law may i quote when asking that they reimburse me for the items stolen.

Normally a property owner is not liable for unforeseeable third party criminal acts. Unless you can show that the casino was involved in the theft or that it happens so often in their parking lot that they should have had better casino, you're out of luck.
