theft

I was a prt time security at Circus casino. Here's what happned, I was working and I was waliking an found a wallet of the floor, I pick it up servailance saw me picking it up but not taking the money, there was 2000 bucks, I was questioned the next day and i was so scared that i lied, I am pending SPI suspension pending investigation and awaiting Human resources final determination. I am still in the military and just got back from Iraq two years ago, when i returned things wasn;t good with the spouse, that why I got this job part time. i am depressed all the time and i did this stupid thing. i need your help, will i go to jail?. Whats going to happened to me. i just want to do the right thing
