Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
first time offender; theft charges
I was arrested and OR'd for two different warrents, both list ''theft'' as the charge. I have never been in trouble before and would like to know what the outcome of these charges could be?

1-4 years in prison for felony theft although most likely probation for a first offense.
