URGENT - conviction
If the sheriffs and DEA come to your home and arrest you for possession of Marajanna and while they are there the take pictures of four hunting shotguns, two of which haven't worked in 30 years. Knowing that you are a Felon from 30 years ago. They don't take the firearms are book you on having them, can they come back and arrest you for having the fire arms in your home if the firearms have been removed at their direction since they have the pictures?

Re: URGENT - conviction
If they were going to arrest you then they would of. They are giving it to the prosecutor to decide whether to charge you or add an extra charge for ex-felon in possession or to get an enhanced sentence on a drug charge.
