Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Withdraw A Guilty Plea
My son took a plea in a misdemeanor case because we were unaware he would not have representation because the prosecutor was not looking for jail time. I would like to know where to find an attorney who can help us do a motion to withdraw his guilty plea and take the case to trial.
