Re: wrongly accused of two misdemeanors

You would not be able to have charges dismissed at your initial court hearing. If you have been charged with two misdemeanors your first court hearing would be an initial plea setting. Upon entering a not guilty plea you would be able to obtain the discovery against you to determine if you have grounds for a motion to suppress or dismissal.
