I was arrested for dui in Nevada. The officer did not show up to my dmv hearing so my license was not suspended. Could this help the criminal trial?

The DMV hearing is an administrative civil hearing. It is separate from the criminal case. It cannot help except if the officer does not show up at the criminal hearing your attorney can argue against a continuance because of this officer's previous no show.
