Legal Question in DUI Law in Nevada

DUI warrant

I need some real advice because I am very confused and frustrated. In the winter of 2005 my husband received a DUI and failed to appear for his court date. (this happened before we met and I recently learned about it). He was also in possession of marijuana at the time he was caught. Since then we have moved to another state and his license expires soon. What should we do? Will he have to go to jail back in the state he was arrested in? I just want the easiest, most effective way to clear up his warrants and get past this. We cannot afford an expensive lawyer and I don't know what to do.

Re: DUI warrant

Thank you for your inquiry.

If your husbands DUI's occurred in Las Vegas he would have to file a Motion to Quash his Warrants and reinstate the formal DUI charges against himself.

My office would be able to handle your matters for a flat fee of $1,500.00. This would include quashing the warrants and representation on both DUI charges.

We do accept payment plans by credit cards. Contact my office if you'd like to discuss your matter further.

Best Regards,

Jim Herbe
