Legal Question in Elder Law in Nevada

Miller Trust for Nevada

I am looking for a Miller Trust or a Qualified Income Reduction Trust for the state of Nevada. I have spoken to a few attorneys there and they are very secretive about the trust. Can I do this myself with a template or a paralegal? My mother has no assets, but has too much income and is entering a nursing home in Reno to be closer to my brother.

I would be happy to pay for the legal form, it that is possible. The attorney's are charging $3000.

Thank you.

Re: Miller Trust for Nevada

since i am the only one who will venture an answer to your question i suggest you seek help from a nevada law guru attorney --- but you still will have to pay for it as it is specialized and based on irs rulings, as i may be wrong, very tricky and many times disqualified and of no effect --- it also msy be against nev law but i don't know nev law just ca and federal tax law
