hello i live in las vegas and i work as a independent distributer of free passes for the admission to the nigthclubs saving the tourist $30 to get in the clubs..is receiving a tip in money from the tourist breaking the law?or can we get a ticket or beeing arrested from the police for accepting tip money (a few dollars)and as promoters of the night clubs can we use the restrooms in the casinos,or get a glass of water (without greeting in the casino)thanks in advanca

You are contracting with a private entity; so the terms of your arrangement should be in a written contract. Otherwise, you probably can but you could probably also get fired also.
