I have 2 children with my ex boyfriend, he is once again in jail, has never paid child support, and there is no custody order. I am getting married in a couple of weeks to a soldier and his orders will send us to Germany - does my ex have any say in whether or not I can move the kids with us to Germany?

That said, you might save yourself a world of grief by obtaining a custody and relocation permission order in advance.
