Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

2nd Marriage issues

I was married over 14 years ago and thought the divorce was final till a 6 months ago. I got married over 2 years ago and now I am going through a seperation. Is the 2nd marriage legal, and what options do I have to leave the second marriage?

No it isn't. You should get an annulment with your wife of two years and then remarry her. At the very least, I would remarry her to validate the marriage.
