if im 16 and im pregnate by a 24 yearold and i dont want to be with him do i have to be forced to marry him

No one is ever required to marry against their will. Please consult with the counselor at your school, who may be able to help you get some legal assistance. Additionally, there could be a criminal overlay (against him, not you) in this situation.
