Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I am 22 years old and my fiance is 20 years old. Is there any way that we can try to get custody of her 9 and 10 year old sisters. The father is not around and the mother is terrible and cares more about going to parties and buying herself new things rather than the girls. She is also very abusive physically and more so emotionally.

If neither of you have ever been convicted of a felony nor of abuse, neglect, etc. you could petition the court to be appointed guardians under Chapter 159 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. You would have to provide notice to both parents and other close relatives, but if they failed to fight the guardianship after notice, the court will likely appoint you.
You could also seek custody, but a guardianship might be more appropriate in the situation you describe.
