Adopting an adult

How does my husband adopt my children who are adults.

It is a relatively simple procedure. Your adult children and your husband sign an Agreement of Adoption, you petition the court to approve the agreement, and a Decree of Adoption is entered. No consents or notification of the natural father is required.
