Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Adoption and Immigration of Foreign National (Korean)

My Korean brother-in-law passed away leaving two young children (boys age 8 and 4). Mother has abandoned them and my mother-in-law has legal custody of them. All are currently living in the Republic of Korea. We (myself and spouse)want to bring them to the United States (Nevada) and adopt both children, having full consent of legal custodian (mother-in-law). We are looking for the quickest, most cost-effective way to do this, with cost being secondary. Both my spouse and myself are U.S. citizens.

You would need to be approved for the adoption with a home study. So you should set up the home study. The children's mother's parental rights would have to be terminated as well.
